This research network has been established to share knowledge, ideas and methods across disciplines and regions with the aim of developing novel insights into the history and development of African farming systems. The network links projects in Kenya (Marakwet), Nigeria (Tiv) and South Africa (Bokoni). The project is funded by a 3 year International Partnerships and Mobility Grant from the British Academy.
